Banbridge U17s face Gorey in All Ireland Semifinal Share
This Saturday will see Banbridge U17s take on Leinster League Champions Gorey in the All Ireland League Semifinal. The match will be played at Dundalk RFC and kicks off at 3pm. Gorey topped Leinster's U17 Premier Division South winning six matches from seven. Wins over Boyne and then Navan in the quarter and semi final stages of the playoffs took them into the Leinster League Final. Gorey defeated opponents Mullingar 12-3 in the final to clinch their provincial league title and set up the match against Banbridge. Like Gorey, Banbridge topped the Ulster Premier Division having suffered just a single defeat during the league campaign. Bann defeated Ballyclare 32-7 in their semifinal playoff match and overcame Malone in the League Final winning 23-0. Connacht champions Galwegians face Munster's Waterpark in the other semi final to be played on Sunday.
